II — Meet our founder
Joni B. Redick-Yundt
Founder & CEO
“I had a dream to create an organization that would help people believe in themselves and achieve their full potential.”
From humble beginnings in the Philippines, Joni built a career as an award-winning entrepreneur, financial professional, best-selling author of Million Dollar Attitude, and motivational speaker. A former Mrs. Hawaii United States, she founded FAMES Hawaii to remove the financial barriers between people and the education, mentorship, and connections they need to lead.

Education, mentorship & service — reinvested in Hawai‘i.
V — Our vision
From Honolulu to chapters nationwide.
