Jan Kaeo 

Jan Kaeo grew up in Kalihi, attended our public schools until grade 9, then went on to graduate from Maryknoll High School.

She was the first in her family to attend college and graduated with two bachelors’ degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa — a degree in Accounting from the College of Business, and a degree in Speech from the College of Arts & Sciences.

Jan has been a business owner and contractor, worked in the media/advertising sales field for over 12 years, then marketing and sales in the senior health industry for over 7 years, before following her passion to help others become their best when she aligned herself with the world-famous, global training giant, Dale Carnegie Training.  Recognized in 2016, 2017 and 2018 as one of the Top20 Training Organizations in America in Leadership and Sales Training, Jan is proud to be the local provider for this level of training throughout Hawaii and Guam. 

In the last few years, Jan has trained and coached hundreds of participants to realize their best, develop new skills and become even more successful in their sales and leadership positions. Many of her graduates see promotions and reach their sales potential as they discover how to become their best.
