Tommy turned a high school hobby of tinting automobile windows into a multi-million dollar successful kama’aina business that is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and is now one of the Nation’s largest window tinting companies with 32 employees working in 2 Oahu locations. On October 1st, 2021, T&T Tinting became a 100% Employee-Owned Company via its new ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
NAOMI HAZELTON
Owner – Element Media
Celebrating 17 years this year. It is a custom publishing firm that specializes in Magazine, integrated marketing, event and social media consulting. Element Media currently publishes Pacific Edge, Las Vegas Bound and Green Magazine Hawai’i, while also running the multi-media company Beyond the Edge HI. She is a quiet native, loves surfing and hiking. She’s a self-made entrepreneur. Her current focus is on women in business as she is launching a podcast & three television shows .
